At present, we do not have an online ordering facility. If you wish to please an order,

please contact us directly.

 

 

Terms & conditions:

 

The first step:If you would like to place an order, please contact us in the first instance. You can telephone us on 01383 737289 or 07818 426016. Alternatively you can email us. We will then discuss timescales and availability with you.

Timescales: For handcrafted orders, we would prefer to see clients about 6 months before they require their stationery. The minimum notice we require is 6 weeks. Again, please contact us to discuss this aspect of your order. If your items are required in less than 6 weeks then a £60 express order fee may be incurred. We will of course do our best to accommodate you whatever your requirements are.

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The balance payment is required immediately before delivery or collection of your order. Any postage charges will be added to the final balance. Please note that all items are personalised and as such they are non-refundable. If your total order value is equal to or less than £100 then payment in full is required at the time of ordering. We would also request full payment on ordering if your items are to be completed within 4 weeks from the date of placing the order.

Payment:We can accept cheque payments, please make cheques payable to 'Caralyle Cards & Invitations'. We can also accept payments by credit or debit card either in person or over the telephone via our Streamline machine.

Balance Payment: Final balance payment, including postage if applicable. is payable prior to the delivery or on collection of the final stationery items. Regrettably, we cannot dispatch any items without this final payment.

Postage: Postage is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We charge postage at cost only. Please note that if your order is sent in multiple packages postage will be charged package. If you would prefer you are welcome to collect your order. When orders are complete we will contact clients to verify the correct delivery address or arrange a suitable collection time.

Caralyle Cards & Invitations do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to your stationery when posting to individual persons. Where appropriate, we will recommend a suitable packaging to best protect your stationery during postage.

Details: We require all wordings to be provided within agreed timescales. We are happy to print guests names inside handcrafted invitations and on place cards etc but we must have these at least 4 weeks before the agreed delivery date.

Proofs: Proofs are provided in the format agreed at the time of ordering. For catalogue designs we provide email wording layout proofs, for bespoke items full proofs are provided. As stationery items are personalised, any cancellations after signing proofs must be paid for in full.

Specification: We reserve the right to change specifications should materials become unavailable. Any major changes shall have the approval of the customer.

Cancellation:Deposits paid are totally non-refundable. Any items cancelled with at least 6 weeks from anticipated delivery date can be cancelled with no further charge. If any items are cancelled 4—6 weeks from anticipated delivery date then they will be chargeable according to how far along the production process they have reached. Items cancelled within 4 weeks of the anticipated delivery date are payable in full. As all items are fully personalised and made to order re-selling the items is not possible and therefore the full cost shall be incurred.
